This policy paper examines the potential of organic agriculture to drive sustainable agricultural development in Kazakhstan. The paper analyzes the current state of organic agriculture in Kazakhstan, identifying key strengths and weaknesses institutions and associations. It then proposes a policy recommendations to promote organic agriculture, encompassing policy measures, research and development initiatives, and public awareness campaigns in Kazakhstan. The paper emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts between the government, private sector, and civil society to create a conducive environment for organic agriculture to thrive in Kazakhstan.
